Newbie asking questions

Chello,

Im Ken. I go to tech school in Lancaster for HVAC. But I have been lifting for two years now. I ordered some H Drol and it should be in tomorrow or sometime soon. What else do I need to get to start doing this. I looked up some info on it but I still need a little help.
