I have been visiting this forum for some time now and I must say that I learned alot about weight lifting to dieting from the people on this forum. Very intelligent and dedicated people. Hope to make the same gains in muscle mass most of you have. Iam about 5'10 and 150 lbs. My goal is 200 lbs. all muscle gain. I just finished a westside 9 week program and saw good gains. Iam starting gopro's p/rr/s program. And my diet is ok Ill post that later in Diet forum. Just want to say hi all and thanks for all the info. so far.
