So I've joined IM and I think I am going to like it.

I started to lift using machines for now back in Nov of 2010 as I recieved a pretty bad right foot calcanius stress fracture plus a broken heel. So I was told to start doing upper body exercises and lift. I then found the machines being new to lifting and not having to stand up on my foot now visit the gym atleast 3 day with every other day off.

Just curious if I can ask it here... Has anyone else had a stress fracture of their foot that just hasnt' healed or has taken a long time?
