Hey, thanks in advance for any help offered. I am 31, used to work out several years ago, never really saw any gains or nothing, remember some of the work out motions, etc etc, but,, what is the best way to build size?
I used to weigh 264lbs, thru changing my diet, deleting hfcs, transfats, and partially hydrogenated junk, cutting my portions wayyyy back, 30 min circuit training with a few dumbells and body resistance, and running 3 or 4 miles 3 times a week, I dropped to 188lbs. Started a new job, very physically demanding work enviroment, a coal fired power plant, so some jobs take 4 guys to turn a valve, plus the heat can reach 130 degrees F,,,, basically I'm worn out,,
so what s the best approach to lifting and getting size gains? also an economical approach to eating correctly to make gains, money is an issue, since I've been bit by the divorce bug!
Oh, I have access to a full gym at work, machines, benches, dumbs, everything.
