Hello Ive been pouring through these forums for a few days now. A lot of good info here. So ill start with some about me and if you need more info just ask. I am 30yrs old ive been steady at the gym 2 years now. I jusy recently about two months ago stopped eating crap food items.
So I am now 5'10 179 lbs 19%
my daily totals of what ive been eating are as follows.
cals 2150
carbs 103
protien 182
fat 60
My goal is to get a bit stronger and cut my body fat down further. My questions for you guys is this will be my first experiance with this and I am wanting to know. what you guys would recomend. I would really like to only use a oral product this time before I venture into anything elce.
So I though 20mg dbol at 5mg 4 times a day? 6 weeks.
If this is ok for a test run what wouod I take with is as a Ai and what would I use for pct. All of wich o was looking to find without having to pin.
all advice is welcome to anything ive said.
