Just wanted to write something quick here. I'm 32, 5-11 235 and getting serious about training again, because I am 25-35 pounds overweight and unhealthy as I have ever been in my life. High Cholesterol (290 total and 1500 triglycerides, on their way down). I quit chewing tobacco four months ago, and have been struggling with my apetite since then. I have always used dip for apetite control through my years as a highschool & college wrestler, and now am paying for it. I will get'er though, just gotta fight off the ass fat that has resulted. Since college wrestling, I have floundered in the gym off-n-on. I have 2 kids & am married, so I am busy. I am the president of the wrestling club, and a youth wrestling coach & football coach so I am busier. Really here to stop being a hippocrate to my son. He is getting close to lifting age and a pretty good athlete, so I need to be able to help him get better & do it right, unlike me when I was young. I also want to check in on some supplement info, and maybe some routines. I have been doing the same hammerhead crap for years & have not gotten where I want to be, so I am looking for any new (new to me) ideas to try. Let me know if you got anything. My first "program" is one I got out of a mag. Working ok so far, but I have specific needs (Chest #1) that I want to develop while still getting what I need elsewhere.
