ok, hey i joined this site a long time ago when i was somewhat curious about getting a little bigger, anyways ive been working out for a month and a week, 5 days 45-55 minutes each time, i know the basics ...
one muscle group per workout, proper form over more weight , more weight less reps etc... ive been noticing a good difference in weight i can lift and i look bigger than before but now i kindof want to "bump it up a notch" supplement wise
im currently taking :
dymatize- expand non caffeine
gnc- branched chain amino acids
biox power whey isolates
im taking all the above products as described on the back of the packaging they come in
what else can i start taking to give me a little more size a little faster??
im 18, 6 foot even and 170-175 lbs btw if that makes any difference at all
