I am 23 years old stats are 190lbs 6'1'' I started lifting when I was 16, and starting hard when I was 18 and I ran a couple cycles of 1-AD when they made it, then I quit when I was 19. When I was 21 I ran a cycle of superdrol and another cycle of suprdrol and phera plex, and got gyno very bad because I didnt have correct PCT, Ive had one cut out, and stopped lifting again until 3 months ago, I am now into shape again from another cycle of superdrol I just finished and my gyno has almost went away. Anyways I want to run some real gear in about a month from now, my buddys tell me I need deca,test e, nolva, clomid, that just seems like a lot of shit, I just wanted D bol and nolva for pct, what should I run? I know most are going to tell me I need to work out hard for a year at least and all but my job allows me to lift for about 6 months hard and then I can only workout about 2 times a week for 6 months out of the year, so I need to get big now and keep it going all year.
