No clue on what kind of cycle to run?

I am 23 years old stats are 190lbs 6'1'' I started lifting when I was 16, and starting hard when I was 18 and I ran a couple cycles of 1-AD when they made it, then I quit when I was 19. When I was 21 I ran a cycle of superdrol and another cycle of suprdrol and phera plex, and got gyno very bad because I didnt have correct PCT, Ive had one cut out, and stopped lifting again until 3 months ago, I am now into shape again from another cycle of superdrol I just finished and my gyno has almost went away. Anyways I want to run some real gear in about a month from now, my buddys tell me I need deca,test e, nolva, clomid, that just seems like a lot of shit, I just wanted D bol and nolva for pct, what should I run? I know most are going to tell me I need to work out hard for a year at least and all but my job allows me to lift for about 6 months hard and then I can only workout about 2 times a week for 6 months out of the year, so I need to get big now and keep it going all year.

test and dbol plus nolva dbol doesnt hold gains but will boost test. but you should probaly run just a cycle of test to see how you tolerate it.
 
also do lots of reasearch on the things you are thinking of taking i am natural and have been researching for almost two years trieng to figure out if juice is right for me, and what to take. there is plenty of info read through some of the threads as well that should give you some insight on what to take to.
 
you can run dbol by itself, but if you stack with a compound like test or deca you will get much better gains. dbol is a great roid to kick off a test or deca cycle since injectables take longer to work
 
From what i understood though dbol gains were very hard to keep and running a dbol cycle by itself you would only get a good increase in size and strength, but it would be fleeting.
 
Granted i dont know from personal experience but from my reading i though you always took dbol with another substance to make the gains better, and more permenant.
 
u wont get big now bud, it takes years 2 put on size and thats if u training and nutrition r consistant, dont think all u need is gear. If u do dicide 2 do a cycle just keep it simple ie low dose of test and see how you respond and make sure ur PCT is in check. But if ur not consistant with ur training you will just loose ur gains.
 
good point shadowcam if you cant maintain the gains you make by not lifting you would basicaly be throwing your money down the drain on the gear any way
 
yea I totally agree I will have to intake the same amount of calories,protein etc to keep it all and work out 5 -6 days a week still, but I like to just bulk as much and get as strong as possible before I go back to work. Usually after 6 months of 2 days a week training and eating moslty protein and lower calories I stay around 175lbs and im 6'1'' my legs are tiny they seem to take more than 6 months to get big, but I have a buddy that is a competitive bodybuilder and he got competitive over 1 year when he didnt know anything about bodybuilding so you can do a lot in a year when 6 months out of that year you juice. I wouldnt do it and thats what he keep trying to tell me to do, he is 22 years old leg presses 1600lbs bench presses 505, t bar rows 450lbs and weighs 250 and has only been going at it 2 years solid, I dont see how he can get any bigger he is bigger than any of the competitive older guys in my gym even!
 
ya know, originally I was just gonna blast ya for this, but instead I'll just say this:
Do yourself a huge favor and don't even fukk around with the juice for a couple more years. Just train consistently, eat a shitload, and take advantage of the natural testosterone that you've still got. You're only 23... you've got more than enough natural test to get bigger. You really do need to research this stuff, don't just listen to your buddy.

I agree with the above post. This sounds like a case of steroids will make up 4 the work im not willing 2 put in. U wont progress if ur just putting in 6 months of the year, juice or no juice. Forget about the juice and make a commitment 2 the BB lifestyle 24/7 365 days a year and u will make gains, and do urself a favour and dont listen 2 a 22 year old whos been training for 2 years and is juicing already, I dont care how big he is or how much he can lift even if hes bigger and stronger than most pros(who have been training for years) as u state. Just tryin 2 help.
 
sounds like sound advice to me
