No replies ever from Euro-King support -- paid never received order

Anybody else have this problem with Euro-King lately?

Actually the correct name of the company is Euroking-gear.net

10 days after I paid with bitcoin, and the order is marked "paid," I have received no answer to a week of support tickets asking how long before they mail it. NO answer -- nothing

The order is still marked as "pending" on shipment - now about 15 days after the payment was received.

Terrible support! - and apparently now a scam??
