 Ok I am on here daily, I rarely ever post anything, but I read a hell of a lot. I am not trying to waste anyone's time here but I am really curious as to what many of your opinions are on all NO Supps. I have read that many use them and I have read that many disagree with using these. Just what will they do over a long time? What negatively? (Trouble, honestly I really am looking for you to lay out the chemistry here.) Just a curious reader. Thanks.

I have used NO EXPLODE and had awesome pumps and incredible focus after my workouts.

It would be good to know if there are any serious damages too, nothing like the "did you know there's this one chemical that if you take this other chemical from some rare plant on the same day it could have a 2% chance of causing CANCER???"

Just saying, if there's reasons not to take it, that are actually significant I would like to know as well. I've been taking it before my workouts for about a year now.

There illegal in Australia due to several ppl dieing from taking an No supplement some of the individuals had past heart problems but some had no knowen heart problems I know of a feuw ppl that have taken dizzy turns when taking No supplements.

Personally I wouldent use NO supplements it gives erratic heart beats and if u put your heart under alot of presure or u have high blood preasure u run the risk of taking a dizzy spell and collapsing or in some causes taking a heart attack.

There is many different supplements on the market that help through workouts without using an No supplement.

NO supplements dont in any way give lean muscle mass unabstantiated evidence has been showen that HMB limits catabolic effects on the body but this has never been proven and was researched by a supplement company.

Friend says its all the rage at the gym but be careful.
Too much is no good.
Do a search "nitric oxide multiple sclerosis"

So with all that, I mean that's a pretty good list of reasons why not to be taking NO suppliments on a regular basis, but is it something that could be remedied with moderation?

I know if I go a while without taking it, I lose my acclimation and get a pretty hard rush when I start back up. All the side effects warned about, to include the ones about sleep imbalance leading to anxiety etc etc... they all seem to be systemic manifestations. This leads to why I'm wondering if they could be eliminated by implementing some sort of "limited use" plan.
