NO2, Creatine, Helpp

I saw this add for NO2 hemodilator...and I was thinking about trying it...but heard its not sold anymore or somthing...can someone fill me in on if it's worth taking if they still sell it, and if it's as good as creatine.

Also what is good creatine to take? I started out taking cell tech, but I heard bad things about it so i stopped taking it and havnt really been on anything since, just protien.

I'm 6'1" 180lbs, and 19 years old. I just started lifting this past October for the first time and have noticed an improvment in my size, although my strength isnt comming allong so quickly. Any tips would be great. Thanks

the no2 is good somewhat for strength ,i think its different for everyone ,i mean it made me a little stronger but i was way let down ,after all the hype ,you can still get it at the gnc for about 80 bucks or online for about 50 ,try pro lab creatine it seems to wook for me and look up some articles by pete sisco on maximum intensity work outs ,that will get your strength up ...ps wouldnt by the no2 again if i had it to do over

One of the trainers at the gym where I go bought an 8 week supply (@$160!) worth and said it was BUNK! He went back to the creatine and ephedra. Just his opinion though.
