what are the health risks to these supplements?

i think the biggest health risk is the rise in free radicals. a good n.o. product should have some kind of antioxidant in it, if not you could just pick one up.

what about strain on the heart?

There shouldnt be any strain on your heart. Ive only heard of negative reactions to N02 because of previous health conditions that people have had. From experience I have taken many different N02 products and have never had any adverse side effects or problems.

We started selling our NO2 XL not too long ago and I have not heard of any problems or issues. Buddies of mine who take it call it "The three week transformation".
I just got an order the other day from a guy who said his max bench went up 40 or 50 lbs in just a couple of weeks.

It does create dramatic increases in muscle size & strength

NO2XL helps support and maintain levels of nitric oxide (N2O) in Skeletal muscles, generating a virtual permanent muscle pump, now known as the "perpetual pump."

NO2 XL is for anyone who wants to extend their muscle pump, signal muscle growth, speed recovery, increase their strength, enhance stamina and sexual vigor. Excellent for athletes, bodybuilders, dieters, students, and for those who want to transform their physique.

Health risks to normal healthy individuals are probably minor and negligible. Also I heard that taking anti-oxs may reduce the effectiveness of NO products. But if they can increase free radical formation then an anti-ox use should be necessary even if it reduces the effectiveness? Or is the formation of free radicals and the subsequent need for anti-oxs a bit over exaggerated?
