Hello All.
I've been lurking on this and other bodybuilding sites for about four months.
This one seems like the best in terms of information and members.
So I joined and look forward to learning more and getting stronger.
I'm currently fit, and work out regularly. I've been exercising and doing moderate work outs for 10 years.
But no matter how hard I try, I just can seem to get 'bigger'.
My passion is riding large displacement Dual Sport motorcycles (950cc).
These are 400+ pound enduro dirt bikes. The sport is very physically demanding, and the risks of injury are high.
It is my hope to get strong enough to enjoy this activity more.
I figure, if I'm stronger, I'll be able to ride better, and and survive the inevitable crash with minimal injuries.
So I'm going to continue to work out, and hopefully learn a few tricks from this forum.
