Sorry, but i didn't consider water to be a supplement - it is a basic requirement like food

One supplement I don???t hear people talk much about that I like are Liver tabs.

And I don't consider your options to be inclusive. Why not group andro and 1-Test and label them Prohormones/Prosteriods? What about basics like vitamins and minerals? What about thermogenics?

Or BCAAs, EFAs, etc...

Yeah, kinda essential.

I agree. Liv.52's are great.

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
i consider most of the items on your list useless. the 2 that could be possibly worth their money are the prohormones/hormone andro and m1t.

protein is a basic human requirement as well; for this reason i do not consider my protein powders a supplement as you have defined it. it is essential.

the person who said water hit it on the head in my opinion.

what do you mean? water is not a supplement it is an essential body need. protein powder is a supplement, as in it "supplements" the diet.

Supplement - definition - in addition to

protein is a basic food requirement.. protein powders supply that protein; therefore it is not a supplement. unless you consider your cottage cheese, steak or eggs a supplement as well. i consider my protein purchases as part of my overall grocery items.

as for the water- yes it is not a supplement however, you could do well for yourself by making sure that you get enough water each and every day.

the other items on the list are, in my opinion not worth their money. those people who wish to delude themselves into thinking that they are still natural by taking prohormones are just blowing smoke up their own ass. they should simply take steroids but i am sure that for some of them, the legal issues are of paramount importance.

and then there are a few people who are actively selling those particular items, alone or in combination with other herbs, potions and other snake oil products. So the boards here are going to be overwhelmingly positive for tribulus, glutamine, NO2 and other items not worth their money.

I was being sarcastic when stating 'water' as a supplement. As this is the most banal poll I've ever seen on this board you'll have to excuse me.

How can glutamine and 1test be on the same playing feild?

For the record, I was being sarcastic when I said "Sorry, but i didn't consider a nice piece of ass to be a supplement - it is a basic requirement like food".

Perhaps a nice multi-vitamin would be good here. The other stuff comes and goes, but a solid vita supplement is always necessary.

I am addicted to dextrose. Without that I think I will faint while training. :D
