Im not new to this forum I signed up a few years ago and recently started viewing the forum again, and thought I might as well say hi and participate in the fun filled threads.
For the past couple of years I havn't taken bodybuilding too seriously, but at the moment I'm getting ready for summer in Queensland and have cut down on my drinking, and got my diet into some sort of order (compared to how shit it used to be.) My goal is to add another 4ish kilos in the next 3 months, and to cut abit of fat, maybe get down to under 10%. At the moment I'm 5"9, 71kgs, about 12% bodyfat (I have abs but they arnt as cut as I'd like.)
