I am Markus, My goals are to just be healthy and do what I can do better my athletic abilities by doing more calisthenics and am sure some weight training from time to time. I have been lifting for about 2 years with little off time, before that I took 3 years off due to neck issues (C5&6). As of right now I do the basic calisthenics and 5/3/1 program along with some running and a touch of cycling from time to time. I will post my workouts every chance I get. I look forward to all the replies and feed back on how to make my training better.

Dead Lift 505lb
Hang Clean 245lb
Strict Press 200lb
Squat 445lb
Push Press 245lb
Push-ups 35 reps
Sit-ups 30 reps
Bench Dip 20 reps
Air Squat 40 reps
Chin-ups 7 reps
Pull-ups 3 reps
2.5 miles in 35minutes
