NPA in England

Hello , i am a natural bodybuilder from England.

got my first competition next year when i will be 20

will be doing natural juniors

Was going to go for the South East NPA Championships this year but don't think i am ready so going for next years

i need some critique from my crappy camera phone pictures

I agree with the Dr. Just work on adding some good size this year. if you can put on some more muscle and get that lean you will come in really nice for contest.

haha yes! i am albino, it is hard to maintain a tan in England becuase it is alwahys so damn cold and raining. Hard to get one in the first place even!


I am sure a tan would help.

i weigh more than the average guy at my height and lower bodyfat

but in terms of bodybuilding YES i am skinny

I'm 5'5 and 170 with a low body fat. Calories need to be upped, and weight needs to be put on.

I have a few pictures in my gallery. Your completely right, there are a ton of differing factors, I just am a believer that you need to put on some weight. Everything looks great though.
