nutritional technologies GlutaPro and when to take it?

has anyone ever had this stuff? My dad whent to a body building store today and was talking to some HUGE people (as in 20inch arms and have been working out for 21 years) and they recomended this stuff to my dad, so he got some for me. any way its not 100% pure whey its a mix so when is it best to take it? morning with breakfast, for breakfast, afternoon, pre workout, post workout. well? now that I have a mix whey protien would It also be a good Idea to get some 100% whey? by the why I am 16 and have been working out for about 3 months and I weigh only 135. Well thanks for all your help
 
never take supplement advice from the supplement store and guys with 20" arms! ;)

at your age you should focus on a good diet that's high in protein and calories, not the latest fad supplement. If you really want to take something, take creatine and glutmamine along with a good whey protein powder.

btw, I have no idea what that supplement is, if it's a protein powder then that's fine.
 
the guys that my dad was talking to didn't work for that store. they guys even said to my dad never to listen to store people. but ya, I am taking creatine at the moment, and this suplement that I am talking about is a whey proteine mix. its got 16 grams of proteine per scoop and a whole bunch of other good stuff.
