has anyone ever had this stuff? My dad whent to a body building store today and was talking to some HUGE people (as in 20inch arms and have been working out for 21 years) and they recomended this stuff to my dad, so he got some for me. any way its not 100% pure whey its a mix so when is it best to take it? morning with breakfast, for breakfast, afternoon, pre workout, post workout. well? now that I have a mix whey protien would It also be a good Idea to get some 100% whey? by the why I am 16 and have been working out for about 3 months and I weigh only 135.
