wutsup everyone im 19 yrs old i played rugby all throughout highschool and played some football freshman and sophmore years. i currently weigh 155lbs and i am 5"8. so heres my newbie question lol right now i kinda have a 4 pack type deal goin on and my stomach (from my own view) looks like it stick out almost like im pregnat but not as extreme i duno if that makes any sense? how do i turn that into a flattened set of awsome abs??
 
i know this is naother noob thing to ask but how exactly sohuld i be eating?? i know i should cut back on the carbs but what else and how much?
