Aloha!
just wondering if anyone had any advice on how to bring out the lines in your quads... I feel like i'm genetically cursed cause I don't have a teardrop! I'm one week out from my figure comp, still holding water, and my legs are toned, just not symmetrical with my upper body... during my training I focused on walking lunges, stretches, and leg extensions...but still, no quads! ahh, well I guess i'll have to squeeze the heck out of 'em of stage to make them appear!
any suggestions?
does anyone carb up with sweet potato? and why should you eat your meals throughout the day on saturday? <--just wonderin' :o)

water cut isnt that good an idea, especially a week out from her FIRST show. salt manipulation might be better. Water cuts are very old school and well, dont hold water anymore. Btter to load up on the water, to continue to wring it out. Plus, she may be holding on to more BF than expected.
