Right now, here's how im supplementing (i'll leave out my diet as this isn't the diet forum):
Wake up: Muscle Milk in low fat milk, tablespoon of fish oil (Udo's oil), Multivitamin, Vitamin C.
Mid morning: Vege Greens drink, R-ALA cap.
Lunch: R-ALA cap
Pre-WO: 1 scoop Xpand
Post-WO: 0.5 scoops of Xpand, Muscle Milk in water.
Dinner: Tablespoon of fish oil, R-ALA cap.
Pre-bed: Occasionally, a whey shake (on the diet side, usually eating some cottage cheese here).
The only thing I can think of that I may be missing is Glutamine, as there definetly isnt enough in the Xpand... I may hold off on that for now.
Other than that, any opinions guys?
-On a side note, I'm 20 yrs old, bulking, 160~ lbs, 5'7, 13-14% BF
