Oral vs. Intramuscular Testosterone - Doctor's Case Study
This is a case study of a 60 year old man on TRT who’s lung disease, pneumoconiosis, began to worsen due to intramuscular administration of testosterone. Because gel had not worked for him in the past, we decided to switch to oral testosterone undecanoate. In this case study I cover how we dosed and managed what is a necessary compromise for this man, and what his results were. I also cover some of my standard dosing for intramuscular testosterone and what I hope to see in terms of free T on labs.
