are CEE, C alpha-ketoglutarate, and creatine anyhydrous necessory? ive been using cell-tech for a long time but it keeps moving up in price. even though it has 4 different kinds of creatine im starting to wonder whether i need them all. i get great results w/ cell-tech but i'm at the point where I need to save money (im a poor college boy) so I would love to hear people's input. thanks

by the way...i saw the creatine from megabodybuilder.com and all the nutrition labels from 500g and up and they all say 100 servings. i did the math based on the 300g & 500g bottles and i think all of those 100 serving labels are based on the 500g bottle's label. unless im wrong ?

Cell-Tech is overpriced IMO but if you can afford it then stick with it. There are better alternatives at cheaper prices depending on your goals. Some people react favorably to creatine mono while others experience bloat or stomach irriatation. Do you need several blends of creatine, probably not, You just need to find the one that works best for you and go with that.

there is not a simple answer to your question because the creatine malates are a bit different, however if mono works you can use just that, if mono does not work well for you then fo for CEE, as far as Cell-Tech there is a bit more in besides just creatines.
