
Howdy! Just joined the site, was checking out some links for Whey vs EAA and came across this great site.
To keep it short... 6'3 225lbs . 2 years ago: a healthy 180.
Problem: Shitty Diet, lack of sleep, exams & stress (last year in university) and I stopped being active.
Solution: Get back in the gym, fix the diet, sleeep.
Tools: Gym membership, ECA stack (fat burner/meal suppressant/energy boost), whey protein, better diet (6 smaller meals a day here we go!). When looking to add some muscles I throw in some creatine. Suggestions/Feedback?
Goal: General fitness to start, bit of bulking later? We shall see. By July 2011 I hope to be back below 190.
