PCT for testosterone Cypionate?

What have you guys taken for your post cycle therapy for testosterone Cypionate? And has anyone taken a estrogen blocker when on test? I read some have developed breast when taking it and was wondering what you guys did to prevent this from happening.

I've not had any gyno problems but have taken Anastrozole with cycles when stacking with Deca to make sure that I don't.

good questions, I recommend having blood work done before you begin using test, you want to do this to know your natural baseline of test and estrogen among other important health markers. https://www.privatemdlabs.com is inexpensive and easy, you can choose a female hormone lab for about $60

here?s an easy protocol to know if AI is needed
1. baseline bloods
2. start test
3. 4-6 weeks later get new bloods, determine if you need to use an AI or not.


I have used both adex and aromasin as an AI, either one works fine, the dosage is dependent on the individual though so start small dosages EOD and stay steady for at least 4-6 weeks and get labs again ... depending on how much test you decode to use varies greatly on how much AI is needed, that is if you need any at all.

PCT is not in my wheelhouse ....

A full pct includes
AI (aromasin) 12.5mg twice a week
Hcg 250-500iu twice a week for 4 weeks (last 2 weeks of cycle and first two weeks after cycle,)
Clomid 50mg everyday 4 weeks
Nolvadex 20mg everyday 4 weeks

Pct starts 2 weeks after cycle ends

It varies some but that's the most common
