So im heading into pct next thursday. I plan on running nolva 60-40-20-20. What should be the plan regarding lifting and cardio? im due for a week off considering ive been lifting every week for prob 6 months or so. Now should i stay away from cardio so it doesnt eat my muscle or do it in moderation. Personally i wana shed like 3-4% bf before the summer and wana hit cardio about 3-4 times a week for bout 45 mins to an hour. Would this be a bad idea during pct? also should i cut my lifting back while in pct?
