I had never heard of this but purcahsed it yesterday since it has 1/2g of active carbs. Seems to work pretty nicely, but it tastes like shizzle.

Honestly almost immediately, and I am off carbs for a bit.

Nice, smooth feel, no obstructions. It was a clean out.
