I see a lot of info lately on peptides and more on dosing for the "after work" gym goers.
Pin in morning, after workout, and before bed.
What is one supposed to do if their MORNING and AFTER WORKOUT are basically in the same 2 hour block.
I wake at 5, hit gym by 520, out of gym by 630....
Do I still follow the same routine?
Same question should apply for those that basically workout before bed because its the only time available.
