It would be nice if the personal blogs supported workout logs. It wouldn't have to be anything too fancy. A simple webform and a couple DB tables would do it. A drop down with your 10 most recent workouts, a drop down of a couple hundred excersizes and fields for duration, level, sets, reps (per set), weight (per set), etc. On submit do a little work to make it look good in the blog and you would have a nice tool for tracking workouts.
