In the 4 weeks I took this product I went from 208 to 195 with no alteration to my diet and workout I had at the time. This product gives me a big boost to my metabolism, and has a powerful thermogenic feel to it. I get no shakes or anxiety from this fat burner compared to others. The appetite supresion is awesome.
I loved it in conjunction with A mild stim fat burner. Its a great product that I will use again!
