Physical for 30yo on cruise.

Hey guys, it's been a while since I've been on here. I'm currently cruising and have to have a physical exam done. I'm not worried about them testing for gear, but I am worried if my doctor attempts to feel my testicles for lumps. Obviously smaller testicles is going to throw a huge red flag. What are my options?

I wouldn't be concerned man - remember, if your doctor goes to law enforcement for anything, he loses his license. Frankly, he could find heroin tract marks on your arms and there's nothing he can do.

If he mentions it, tell him the truth. He'll tell you, "you shouldn't do it" and you'll be like, "yeah yeah" and then move on.
