Pinned my left delt

Pinned my left delt and it's virgin tissue and extremely sensitive to touch right now. When I pulled the needle out some oil seeped out of my arm. I know now there is nothing I can do about it but was wondering why. Is it because I pulled it out too soon and didn't let the oil spread? I used a 5/8 25ga with T250

And yes I was sure to sterilize before starting the process.

You'll be fine, it may be irritated some but if the gear is sterile there should be nothing to worry about.

Yup all sterile, just hurts like a mother fucker and was curious about the seeping out of where I pinned. I clean as much as I can before I pin cause I can't afford an infection.

Oil seeps out sometimes, it's not a big deal. Delts are not the most comfortable place to pin, lots of tendons and ligaments in there that can easily be irritated.

It seems to get easier to the more you do it. I remember the first few times I hit delts it was pretty brutal. I couldn't even bench it was horrible. It was never painless for me but wasy to hit so I did.

Upside is I got chest done today before I pinned but tomorrow I got back and Friday I got shoulders, ugh it's gonna suck but oh well. Gotta work out to get gains.

Try pinning your delts with slim pins. I use 29g. No pain, can hardly even feel the pin. As for blood or a little oil coming out, that's normal. Just press the site with a cotton ball or gauze.
