Hey Guyz,

I am 6'2'' and weigh only 120 pounds. I am really worried about my health. Some of my frind say that i have fast metabolism because every second hour i feel like i am hungry. I want to gain some fat. I dont have time to do excercise because of my job. Just want to know that taking Mass Gainer will help me or not. If not then what should i do to gan some weight and to look more healthy.

Plz help me out

manimin2,

If you have a fast metabolism, try to do 3 meals a day and at least 2 Mass Gainer shakes in between meals. You are trying to consume more calories than your body is burning off. It will also help if you could also workout with weights 2 - 3 times a week.

Hope this helps!
Johnny

You need to take in more calories than you expend. Because you haven't been gaining weight over time, you need to be taking in more calories.

Thanks for your suggestions guys. But i think you missed my question.i just want to ask that wheather this so called "Mass Gainers" really helps or not ?? If yes then which Mass Gainers whould i go for ? and if not what should i do to gain some weight ??

Mass gainers are just food replacement supplements. They contain calories...the same calories that you find in food. Some people find it easier to supplement their diets with liquid calories because it may be cheaper or more convenient than preparing meals. For all intents and purposes, there are no specials ingredients in 'mass gainers' that make you gain weight.

You may pick whichever one that you prefer. LG Sciences makes Lipotropic Protein. Check it out.
