Hafthor Bjornsson completed a 1042lbs deadlift lately; he seems to be reaching the famous 500kg record by Eddie Hall.
Mateusz Kieliszkowski took 4th place last year. This year, he seems to start breaking world records and set the new ones. Arnold Strongman Classic introduced a ?natural stone to shoulder? discipline last year. Even the biggest guys were pushed to their limits. Only Mateusz Kieliszkowski managed to win the battle with the stone. He was the youngest in the competition, but he lifted the 410lbs stone four times from the ground right to his shoulder. Remember how Hafthor lifted a 427lbs stone in training recently.
His stone lifting was really incredible. Let?s not forget that French Canadian Strongman Louis Cyr lifted a 530lbs stone to the ground to his shoulder, and Derek Poundstone managed to break his record only in 125 years by lifting the stone from the ground to a 30inch platform. And Mateusz was training with a stone 52lbs lighter than the legendary ?Cyr Stone?, so we can only imagine what he has to show us in future!
