Pre-Mix HCG crash?

I bought some premixed 10,00iu HCG (didnt know, and it didnt say it was premixed oh well) So it came as a 10,000iu /1ml water. I have heard from some people however that the premixed HCG bottles come with sodium chloride that only lasts a week. I was planning on mixing it with bac water later for accurate draws but its just been chilling in my fridge for about 3 weeks since I dont need it yet. Is my HCG worthless now or what?

30 days after HCG has been reconstituted its concentration drops drastically. after 35 days you mind as well trash it. sorry brah

Did you get it from a pharmacy premixed? that really doesn't make sense... I've never heard of getting it premixed(though some parmacies may reconstitute for you at your request)
