First of all, just want to say great pics, and good luck with your prep.



400mg EQ? Is that all? what does your cycle look like? and better yet, if that's your first pin with EQ, you do know it will be near 14 weeks from now till you really start to even notice much besides appetite?.



"also decided to throw methyl c in the mix" What is Methyl C? I doubt if its your second dose your BP would already have spiked.. But then again im dumbfounded on what is methyl C

And 2 a days on your very small diet is going to burn you out, or cause injury...




shakes are great, but you ideally need to get that number of whole food meal to 5-6 and 3 shakes daily. You need more protein, something just seems off with you diet, the calls to macro ratio don't make sense.


Im all for you doing well, but your either getting some bad supplement advice or something about all this just doesn't add for me.. Keep at it though, You seem very inspired and invigorated.

Methyl C is methylcholostobol or mechabol as another brand name. It's a designer.

Im aware that many will say 400 eq is not enough and that's fine. That's where I am going to start. People get crazy with doses. It's my first time running eq and I believe in starting your dose as low as possible. I will increase if I need to and my show is not till mid November so if it does take 14 weeks to notice the EQ than so be it. I personally do not believe that whole 14 week thing but we will see.

And as far as my diet goes that was very rough. Somedays I eat all whole food meals. Some days I only have 2. My diet works for me. Not for anybody else. I adjust as needed. I eat in a very unconventional way. Closer to the show diet will change but for now this works and I'm gaining and dropping bf.

As far as two a days go, it's not every day I train twice. Some times I do. Sometimes I'll train for 3weeks straight some times ill take 3-4 days off in a row. I've learned to listen to my body. I know what it needs and when it needs it.
 
As a side note. I'm only taking 200mg a week of test right now and I'm gaining. Only used 300mg a week of mast prop last prep and shredded the fuck out while on test e 500mg a week with no AI. Do I recommend these things no. But I do what works for me. Not what works for everybody else.
 
Time for an update.
As of this morning weight is up to 173 and my bf is the same .
I upped my test dose to 300mg per week so 75mg prop eod. Eq is at 500. Def getting stronger each week. Nothing from the EQ yet but appetite is def up. I'm eating every 2-3 hrs but I'm always hungry 1 hr after I eat. I wait at least 2 hrs between meals to keep a favorable nitrogen balance.
I have modified my training split to 2 days on one day off as per my coach. He also has me cycling carbs. Off days are low carb days with easily digesting protein every 2 hrs. (Eggs, white fish, and protein powder). Leg day and back day are my high carb days and chest day and shoulder day are moderate carb days.
I also added formeron as my AI and Its only been a few days but I'm noticing a little less water retention. May also be due to carb cycling.
