Prince please remove notification of reputation comment. It doesn't work right.

  It notifies you even when no comment was left. Kind of a useless bauble. I get 2 notifications of 1 rep given the unread private message and the reputation comment. One is plenty.
  Also it was cool when on your own comment you could hover over the rep star and see if the comment got reps now that's gone

The notifications are useless and clutter. Is there anyway to block or deactivate it being a user?

I like the notifications just not the rep comment one, it's redundant.

it's now deactivated, the last upgrade (vB 4.2) must have a bug.

I have to keep the board up to date for security reasons, if I don't it could be hacked.

I don't envy you the job. Everything seems to come with bugs but they get them sorted out eventually, just in time for the next required update.
