Hi all,

I am just looking for some advice to see if I got everything I needed for this next cycle.

I am currently 6' 200 LBS with lifts of Bench - 275, Squat - 335, Deadlift - 375.

I've decided to run Msten by Assault Labs/4-Andro Stack.

I am very sensitive to anything I take. I tried a Super DMZ stack and had to stop with crazy sides.

Let me know if you have any advice for me.

Week 1-

Msten - 1 Pill
4 Andro - 2 Pills
Cycle Support
Fish Oil
Vitamin

Week 2-4

Msten - 2 Pills
4 Andro - 3 Pills
Cycle Support
Fish Oil
Vitamin

Week 1-2 PCT

Nolvadex - 20mg
Cycle Support
Post Cycle Support
Creatine
Fish Oil
Vitamin

Week 3-4 PCT

Nolvadex - 10 mg
Cycle Support
Post Cycle Support
Creatine
Fish Oil
Vitamin

My biggest question, is do I need an AI or HCG or something to go along with the Nolvadex? I know the Msten doesn't aromatize, but I'm wondering about the 4 andro during cycle and then just in general during the post cycle.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Steve

I too had to stop SDMZ due to sides and I also decided to give M-sten a try. I don't know much about 4-andro as I'll be using sustanon at 750 mgs a week for my test base. So I guess I don't have to much to offer just saw your post and I had some similarities so I had to chime in. I doing sus at 750 for 10 weeks and gonna add M-sten in at either 20-30 mgs for the last 4-6 weeks of cycle for an extra kick. leaning towards 20 mgs at the moment. I'm no expert on 4-andro but I doubt a 4 week run would shut you down that hard to the point you can't recover. HCG and an AI couldn't hurt though to be on safe side. Sorry I could't be more helpful but theres plenty of guys on here that can, good luck.

Thanks for your input bud. That's what I was thinking about not being shut down enough for anything more than nolvadex, t booster, post cycle support, creatine. I also just got some Epistane for a cut in the summer. At this point, I'd prefer more vanilla results with vanilla sides. I'm also considering to stop smoking weed and not drinking on cycle. Sometimes MJ gives me anxiety and I'm trying to feel nothing on side effects besides some headaches, backpumps. The gains just aren't worth my well being.

Thanks again for the input and good luck on cycle!

Another question I had was about a test base in general, which I've never done before this cycle. I know it helps with the lethargy, mood, libido etc. I was wondering by having this, is the PCT easier to re-up the normal testosterone? Just wondering if I do indeed get shut down, will it be easier to get back to normal quicker than if I hadn't taken a test base?

Here are some before pics on the cycle.

I would assume the less shit you put in body the easier it is to recover most times. However I've never done this I beleive there should always be atleast a TRT level test base to help mitigate sides you mentioned. Why run a cycle and feel like total shit. As far as PCT I don't worry about that anymore as I cruise year round on 300mgs of test E. I wouldn't recommend this as once you do it long enough its most likely a life-long commitment. You have to weigh that as well as fertility issues and health issues as well. Thats why I waited till I was 29. Now I'm 32 and done having kids, hopefully, lol. As far as health goes I just have to donate blood to keep hemo levels in check. other than that I'm perfectly healthy. As for you continue with what your doing if you keep getting results. I would always use a test base though. If your cycles get longer or heavier you may then need HCG and AIs. Just keep it slow and steady and watch your health. At your level you could stop now and most likely have zero long term heath consequences. So weigh the pros and cons before getting into bigger and more longer cycles. Good luck and keep doing research and asking questions. Theres guys on this board that know way more than I do that will help you out. But remember no one knows you body like you do. Get regular checkups and blood work and slowly add compounds to see which ones you respond to best and don't fuck you up as you said SDMZ did.
