protein & amino acid supplements

hi everyone,

i don't know whether this is the right place for me to post this thread, so I hope i won't be flamed for it =D

I'm 170cm and weigh 60 kg

as you can see is that I need gain weight here..

I'm a total newbiew, been working out for quite some time now, but don't understand much in supplements..

anyways lately I have been told by the trainer that I needed to have intakes of protein & amino acid supplements

I just want to be make sure that what he's talkin about is true and harmless, because over here they talk out of so called experience, not intense knowledge or whatsoever

if any extra information is needed, please do ask me, as I don't like making wrong decisions and following wrong paths.

Spamming a site is probably not the best idea. If you want to devlop a loyal customer base, begin by becoming part of the community, and developing relationships.

Upsetting you definately wasn't my goal, I was just trying to get the name out, I wasn't sure the best way to do it I'm new to the boards, but I will definately take your advice because if it upsets you i'm sure it upsets others. Laura works with us still but we have so many boards that she gets bogged down so we have split up responsibilities
