Sounds good, but the article doesn't say what kind of protein he uses at least I didn't see it. But it's a great idea IMO.. I add this collagen protein powder to all sorts of things like oatmeal or pancakes / waffles and it is undetectable I can't taste any difference. It says it has no taste and to test it I mixed up some in water and I could not really taste anything, it seemed different than plain water, but I could not identify any taste or flavor...
