hi people. iwas wondering if it`s a good ideea to buy a ps2. i like the video games , but i think that it`catch you and you waste all the time playing.
:hmmm:

it's all about moderation. It's true that you'll waste a lot of time playing, but as long as you balance it with time working out, hanging out with friends, working, etc. then it's all good. If you have the spare time, it's a fun way to enjoy yourself. The only game I would advise you against if you're afraid that it'll brainwash you is World of Warcraft for the computer. That game will suck up every moment of your life, from what you do to what you think about. I haven't met one person that's played it and hasn't gone downhill in some way (myself included, that's why I quit).

I honestly haven't been playing games a lot lately, I got a gameboy DS so I can just play on a bus or inbetween doing real stuff. I'm a Xbox fanboy, so I can't say too much about PS2, but it does have some good games that have even made me want to buy one (they're still too expensive though for a soon-to-be-obsolete system). I'm personally saving my money up for the Xbox 360. The PS2 itself is very weak, its specs are horrible by today's standards and is very outdated. But still, it has some truly amazing games and an extensive library. I love RPG's, and with only a gamecube and xbox I'm starving for a good old, traditional RPG.

goood

hey bro all its a way to entertaiment, i work, made exercise, go out with friends, fuck ...., . enjoy your life because it`s very short.

i love ps2. buy some games where you get to kill a lot of people especially with sniper rifles or explosives. and ones where dogs attack you so late at night when it's dark and everyone else is asleep they can scare the piss out of you. they are addictive and slightly expensive but for the price you get a lot of bang for your buck...

n i'm older than 34 w a very well rounded life. it's just another way to have fun n less expensive in many ways from cash to health than booze, drugs and chasing tail is for a guy... it's not such a bad habit.

I think it's better than just staring at the tv for hours on end, at least your mind has to power up and do some thinking, especially if the game has puzzles to solve.

where do my posts keep going? I could have sworn I typed this already.

Anyway, video games are just a new form of story telling, a media like a long movie or an interactive novel

its good, well at least in Usa, here in CR most of the parents refuse that, because the kids get low rates in school.
