Question about post-order

Hope this is not a taboo subject, if so I apologize and please delete if so.

Sent my funds yesterday and sent all the required info to z. He acknowledged he received the info, but something in his email seemed a little strange. I know English is not his 1st language but here's what it said:

[FONT=&quot]Thanks for your payment info and trust
When we'll pick up $$ from you ASAP

Soon expect email with status of
your order updated
(if we'll pick up your payment)

Best regards and respect

"[/FONT]IF" we'll pick up your payment? Not sure what to make of that if anything and don't want to bother him (perhaps he's reading this).
Anyhow, WU shows available for pickup but nothing picked up yet.

I ordered from him on my last test e cycle on the old web site. So I had to re-register on the new one. I don't recall the last order acknowledgment saying "IF"

I know I'm probably making a mountain of an ant hill...
Is that the standard reply now-a-days?

I don't want to get into details :dont: ... "but you'll be fine."

Worst case - there can be times where a receiver gets blocked from WU or MG and you simply refund and resend funds.

This is not something that Z or anyone can control - it's an unseen side of the business that is unavoidable.

Out of around 20 orders - it's happen to me once and only set me back a couple days.

No big deal - I've seen this question come up several times this last week.

Maybe Z can reword the email ... "hint hint.";)
 
All is good bro-you hit it right on the head about " second language" .No worries- Z gets it done in ANY language-the guy is golden:winkfinger:
 
it happened to me once as well. that they couldn't pick it up and i had to change receiver info. it delayed total time maybe two days. you're fine bro. probably shouldn't have posted that whole thing but it will get deleted if it has to be. anyway, you most likely will have to do nothing from here on out except wait (and not long) for your gear
 
Your good to go bud. Z will make it happen. After a few orders those will be the best words youve seen in the english language!!!!!!

OK, Now I'm a little concerned. Got an email from z a few hours ago saying the person I sent it to could not pick it up (like one of you guys said) and to re-send to a different person. However, on the WU web site it says the funds were picked up. I sent that info to z as well as sending a snapshot of the WU page showing "picked up". Now I guess I'll just have to wait till tomorrow to see what he says. I really hoped this would be quick and smooth :-(
Hopefully straightened out quickly.

Hang in there. I had a problem with WU as well.. Twice. I'm also in limbo. I haven't heard from Z but from what I've read on this board and the good reps, everything will be straightened out. They have top notch customer service.
 
Z sent me this at 7:55 this morning Eastern Time:

"ok

maybe this is a true i wil check it and let u know

z."

Then at 9:30 I got the very same exact email as the other day saying the person is blocked and to send to someone else.

I replied back that WU is showing the funds as being picked up by the blocked guy. I gave him the link to track a transfer with my name and the mtc number and also forwarded him the email WU sent to me notifying that the funds were picked up and by who.

Don't know what else I can do. I'll just have to wait to see what he says tomorrow.

I certainly hope this gets straightened out soon!

Any thoughts?

P.S. I'll be glad to forward my WU login username and password (minus bank info) to a mod to confirm what I'm saying. This is frustrating
 
Z will get you you straight. Get your post up to 50 so you can send private messages dude! We have a thread just so you can ge your post count up!
 
well I cant find the thread now.. Maybe it got removed. Just go post in other section ie anything goes etc

Z says all is good. My DVD order is processing. :clapping:

got my hdrol today and started today. So I guess I'll get a couple weeks of that in while waiting on Z's DVD's. Seems like the timing is right! :ohyeah:
