Question about supplements

As an incoming College Football Freshman, I have been put on a vigourous workout plan to get my body ready for the level of play I will experience in the Fall. I need something to give me the extra energy to work as hard as i can during my workouts. Does anyone have any good suggestions as to what supplements might be good? And has anyone had a good experience with NO-Xplode?
 
no xplode makes your ass xplode....and then it makes you take more servings...
 
workouts as in lifting, or workouts as in running and other endurance moves? no-xplode is a lot of caffeine, NO precursors and a dash of creatine, i would never recommend a pre workout pump product to an athelete training in their sport.

you could look into something like 8-beta anabol and add in creatine monohydrate, or look into body octane.
 
I must recommend that you consult a coach or a trainer first...nothing worse than sitting the entire year because of ignorance.

Side not though...cellucor M5 was pretty sweet at first, but that only lasted the first 2 or 3 weeks. I have heard some really good things about NITOR from At Large...have not tried it yet myself.
