Question about vacation/placing order

Hi Nap reps..I was wondering when to place order and pay. I read the site notification. If i order and pay, will this be shipped to me by end of February?

No orders or payments will be accepted until after vacation. Should be pretty soon, Naps and the shippers deserved some time off.
