Alright I am 20 years old 6' 180 pounds and am looking at putting on some muscle mass. I am an experienced lifter but I have seen some decline due to a layoff from lifting. Right now I lift 4 days a week. I take GNC Mega Isolate and Creadrive but I want to look into some other supplement. I have been looking at some BSN products like No Explode and Cellmass but they are very expensive. Let me know of any suggestions and where I can look and purchase these things on the interent. Thanks.

Well you could start off by getting more protein through whole foods such as chicken, salmon or any other high protein food. The Mass Stack by BSN is a very good seller. There are plenty of things you can take but I definately would start with your diet.

Diet/Training-50%
Dedication-40%
Supplements-10%

i am on the bsn mass stack. and love it. N.O-Xplode and Cellmass. i've went through 4 bottles of nitrix(360 bottle) and i stopped taking it because it really wasnt worth the price of it and shit. monday i orderd Axis-HT to try out(can't wait to try it :p ). i also orderd some Endothil-CR to try too(heard some good stuff bout it)

if you are truly looking into supplementing right, here is my advice...

first forget gnc exists, order online and enjoy saving money. there are several store sponsors on this site that are good, other good sites are bodybuilding, bulknutrition, dpsnutrition, discountanabolics etc.

next your diet and routine are more important than any supplement. if you are looking to bulk, aim for 1g of protein per kg of body weight. cals should be 500-1000 cals above maintenance. 40% cals should be from protein, 40% from carbs, 20% from fat.

get a good protein, ON and dymatize are cheap, gfpro, isokool and sustain are delicious.

get a good creatine, if mono works stick with it, if not xceed, clout and sizeon are all good choices.

cellmass is also a good creatine. no-xplode is a preworkout energizer and in my honest opinion is more mental than anything. you'd be better off getting an eaa + carb drink pre workout [8-beta anabol, all-in-one, vendetta] studies have shown this to be very beneficial towards muscle growth. post workout whey + carbs is also proven to be beneficial [replenish, aftershock recovery, anator, myozene].

good luck!
