I recently purchased Swole v2, This is the first time I've taken a creatine other than just plain pure monohydrate. On the label it reccomends taking it "WITH FOOD." However, after browing these forums it seems the common belief is to take it 30 mins before a meal and right after working out. Can any person familiar with swole/creatine suggest I follow the label, or take it prior to meals and after workouts and which would help me get the most out of the supplement.
