OKay Im doing an Eca stack minus the aspirin, just because whats the point of the aspirin? Im just taking epehedrine and caffeine 2 ephedrines one caffeine twice a day and im hyper as never before, and how much more can I loose taking this stuff a month on a 1300-1400 calories diet?
With a work out of 1 hour 15 min a day 5 times a week
 
That's like asking how much money will I make if I set up a lemonade stand? I plan to use lemons, water and sugar. Who knows, we don't have all the details.

The ECA stack will do NOTHING unless your diet is solid. Even then, you're looking for a quick fix and that's what you'll get and if nothing changes you're back to square one.

What's your routine? 1 hour 15 minute workout? I'm assuming you're planning on pure cardio 5X a week and no weight training? Bad idea.

Do you plan to lose weight or fat? Big difference.

Okay I see where your coming from, all I do is 45 minutes on the eliptical, then I go and do a half hour weight training...i switch up every other day.. one day I do upper body arms back chest... the next day i do my legs quads...hamstrings calves ...OH but I do my glutes everyday because I really want a nice big round ass! But I want to loose weight from my tummy..

So my 1300-1400 diet.. I eat whole grain bread, eggs, light peanut butter, chicken turkey, ham, brown rice yams..of course veggies and fruits
those kinds of things sometimes slimfast too...
I try to limit my starches though...like only two grain breads a day and one yam and maybe half a cup of half pasta for example of the starches ill eat in a day... and I try to eat as much protein as possible

I was also looking into buying the shakes right, but I used to take Mesotech back in the day when I was strong with my work out regime...and it tasted like chalk puke ass, and half the protein shakes Ive looked at have sooo many calories , and with that kind of taste I feel very unfullfilled so I stick with real food.

Another thing is these foods I find very dull.. but Im enthused about the new splenda brown sugar(no cals) I use on my baked yams with a little bit of diet margrine AWSOME .. lol

Anyways with that kind of foods and work out, what do you think? How much could I loose? and the aspirin I dont need to take that do I? I'm a 20 year old girl , and 130 pounds Id like to be 110 and ripped to shit!(Just to throw that in there)
 
Don't worry about your weight. Go by the mirror. How tall are you?
 
Well one of the things that sticks out to me is you say you are eating PB light. Drop that! Get ya some PB natural. It is much better. It is simply just peanuts. The light stuff has extra added sugars with a little less fat, besides that comes from PB is good fat.
 
exactly, if you're weight training you may not lose any weight because you may gain muscle and lose fat, your body composition will be changing but your weight could remain the same.

you get ripped primarily through a proper cutting diet, and it is a slow process.

why don't you go to the diet/nutrition forum and post an example of your daily diet meal for meal.
