I just recently started taking EAS Myo Pro Protein.
I lift 4x/week and am 6' 178 lbs. 22 yr old male. I am looking to build more muscle, while reducing the fat.
My friend told me that I shouldnt be taking the Protein Powder w/ milk because the milk absorbs it too quickly. He suggested water. What do you all reccomend?
Also, Right now Im doing 3 scoops with 2% milk right after my workout. Should I go for 1 scoop before, 1 after, and 1 before bed??
