nothing surprising there. Blacks are much more racists than whites are.
Side note.. I went bowling last night with family. We were bowling next to a black family who's 12 year old daughter decided to call my brother in law a cracker. The rest of the family started laughing.

Nothing, he just bowls goofy as hell. She said something like "weird ass cracker.." It's not so much the name calling.. it rolled right off his back. It's just the arrogance of the family that pissed me off. Just seems that black people can say whatever they want to say without consequence. If he would have said some slur back they would have been on the news crying about the intolerant white people.
Like this video.. those dumbasses might have said that, but they were cheered on... the same way Rev. Wright was cheered on in his church. If a white man said that or a white priest said "down with the black man" they would be crucified.
I'm just tired of the double standard. The only people that seem to care about Obama being black is black people. I'm not ignorant to the significance of a black man winning the presidency.. I understand the pride they must feel... but to so many people that was the only qualification he needed. It's disappointing. If whites overwhelmingly voted for McCain, we'd be racists.. Over 90% of blacks voted for Obama & nobody says a thing.
They don't realize what they are doing and when told that it's being racist also they don't care.

Their ignorance will hold them back, and it will hold their culture back, too. It really pisses me off that rappers like that hurt the image of their culture and ruin the lives of kids growing up in the inner city while making boatloads of money doing it.

I love my sister.. but she is clueless to politics & said she "strongly supports Obama". I asked her a couple of questions & she couldn't answer one right. When the media hammers a point so much, people begin to believe it.
My cousin told me before the election she would be an Obama campaign volunteer if she had the time. She'd never heard of Ayers, Rezko, etc. Despite what's true about those stories.. for her to have never heard of them means she isn't paying any attention to the news. She's willing to campaign, sacrificing her time, for a guy she knows nothing about...
I liken it to American Idol.. popularity wins the contest every time.

I agree with the majority of what you've said in this thread, but lets not forget...
John McCain was a terrible candidate from the get go.
I wouldn't exactly say terrible, but he definitely wasn't my candidate of choice.
