Hi guys,

Lately im really big on recovering quicker and apart from eating lots of good food and resting i'm looking for some additional help. I was wondering if their are any recovery gurus out there who know of a good supplement stack to help?
 
Creatine, and lots of water. Its also good to stretch a bit.
 
How much of an influence does bcaa's have on recovery? I take a large amount of them b4 and after my workout. Just curious?Also, this is the best workout forum I have found on the net!
 
I hear good things with L-gluatamine for recovery I personally don't use it but I find that creatine monohydrate helps out my recovery for the most part.
 
best recovery elixer:

whey + simple carbs + creatine + lot of water

post workout.
 
I tried some TwinLab Mass - Liquid Aminos + PABA + other cool shit. Tasted like ass, but it was free :shrug:
